Step by step
How to list your clinic

    Open the Members Portal
    Visit kda.or.ke/portal/members, or simply use the login button at the bottom of this guide.
  2. 2
    Sign in with your email and PIN
    Enter the email address KDA holds on record for you and press Continue, then confirm with your 4-digit PIN.
    🔑 Forgotten your PIN? Tap “Forgot PIN?” on the PIN screen and a one-time code will be sent to you.

    Go to “My Clinics”
    Once you are signed in, open My Clinics from the menu on the left of your dashboard.
  4. 4
    Add a new clinic, or update an existing one
    Choose Register a clinic to add a facility for the first time — or select a clinic you have already listed to edit its details.
  5. 5
    Complete your details and submit
    Fill in your clinic’s location, contacts, services and your KMPDC clinic licence number, then submit the form for verification.

The Secretariat checks your licence against the KMPDC registry.

Your clinic appears on Find a Dentist.

Listing a new clinic requires your membership to be paid up for the current year
If your subscription isn’t paid yet, the portal will point you to the Membership page to renew first — then you can register your clinic straight away. Updating a clinic you have already listed is always allowed. Already paid but still blocked? Your payment may not have reflected yet — contact the Secretariat.
Your KMPDC licence number is shown partially masked to the public — patients can verify you independently, without your full licence being exposed.
