List your clinic on the KDA public directory
Help patients across Kenya find your practice on our public Find a Dentist directory — the trusted way patients avoid illegal dental practice by choosing a licensed facility.
You must be a paid-up member for the current year
Listing a clinic is a benefit of active KDA membership. If your subscription for the current year is paid, you can register your clinic in the portal in about a minute. If not, renew first — then come straight back and list it.
💡 You probably already have a portal account
Many members don’t realise this: if you have ever used the KDA membership renewal link to pay or update your details, you already have a Member Portal account — using the same email address. You don’t need to register again.
How to log in:
- Go to kda.or.ke/portal/members and enter your registered email.
- If you’ve never set a PIN, we’ll email & SMS you a one-time code — enter it, then choose your own 4-digit PIN.
- If you already have a PIN, just enter it. Forgot it? Use “Unable to log in / Need help?” on the login page to reset it.
Open “My Clinics”
In the portal sidebar, go to My Clinics and click Register a clinic.
Enter your details
Your dentist name & KDA number are pre-filled. Add your location, KMPDC clinic licence and services.
Verified & live
The Secretariat checks your KMPDC licence against the registry, then your clinic appears on the public directory.
