TLDR:
KMPDC warns health facility owners and the public of severe penalties for employing or practising as unregistered medical or dental practitioners in Kenya.
The Kenya Medical Practitioners and Dentists Council reminds all health facility owners, administrators, practitioners, and the public of the legal consequences of engaging unlicensed practitioners under the Medical Practitioners and Dentists Act (CAP 253).
Penalties:

Key Requirements:
- All foreign practitioners must register with KMPDC before working or studying in Kenya
- Foreign practitioners may only practise in their licensed location
- Health facilities must inform KMPDC before engaging foreign practitioners
- Report any unregistered practitioners in your facility immediately
