KDA to Celebrate WOHD
KDA will be celebrating World Oral Health Day over the weekend. It will start at Gatundu on Saturday where it will be educating Community Health Workers on Oral Health Promotion. It will then shift to the Coast at Kilifi on Sunday where the National officials together with the Coast branch officials will visit the Shahajanand School for the Disabled. They will hold a dental screening and Oral Health promotion for the children.
This year's theme is ''Be Proud of Your Mouth'' in recognition of the importance of oral health to the whole body.
